Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 September 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of school.dombit.uz (“the Website”), operated by Dombit International School (“the School”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About the Website

The Website provides information about Dombit International School, including our curriculum, admissions process, news, events and career opportunities, and allows visitors to submit applications, enquiries and feedback online.

The Website is available in English, Russian and Uzbek. We take care to keep all language versions consistent; if there is any discrepancy between them, the English version shall prevail.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. In particular, you must not:

  • Provide false, misleading or inaccurate information in any form on the Website.
  • Submit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory or that infringes the rights of any person.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the administration panel, databases or any part of the Website not intended for public use.
  • Use automated tools, bots or scripts to submit forms, scrape content or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the Website.
  • Introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code, or attempt to disrupt the security or availability of the Website.

We may suspend or block access to the Website for anyone who breaches these Terms.

3. Admission applications

Submitting an admission application through the Website is a request for consideration and does not guarantee a place at the School. Admission is subject to the School's admissions process, including the entrance assessment, availability of places and the provision of required documents.

Applications must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian of the student. By submitting an application you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Enrolment at the School is governed by a separate enrolment agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms in relation to the student's education.

4. Enquiries, feedback and job applications

We aim to respond to enquiries submitted through the Website promptly, but we cannot guarantee a response within a specific time. Submitting a job application does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview or offer.

By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant the School permission to use them to improve our services without any obligation to you.

5. Newsletter

By subscribing to our newsletter you agree to receive school news and updates by email. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us, and we will remove your email address from our list.

6. Intellectual property

Third-party logos and trademarks, including those of Cambridge International Education and our partner institutions, belong to their respective owners and are used with permission.

You may view, download and print content from the Website for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution or republication, requires our prior written permission.

7. Photographs and videos

Photographs and videos of school life published on the Website are used to showcase our community and achievements. If you believe an image of you or your child has been published without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will review your request promptly.
